A few points:

1) Great mixed list of cars, will be superb seeing the Camaro hooning around between a Keeble and a 993.

2) Yes, will be up for drinking some weird provincial city out of grog the night before.

3) Your slap dash attitude towards name capitalisation makes me want to vomit.

I was thinking about allowing/inviting spectators and others to come along with qualifying cars (but not take them on track) to add to the atmosphere, a bit of a modern classics mini-meet. Any thoughts on this, folks?

Serious answer: probably not.

Just bring along the thinnest pair of gloves you have, no point buying any. Frankly I'd be surprised if anyone does more than about 2hrs of actual flat out driving on the day. Especially those in the older cars.

Any update on whether there is a night on the lash beforehand?

If so I could really do with knowing asap so I can get it booked in.

Just the word 'Lincoln' makes me feel a bit sick. Never been there but just a gut feeling.

How about a swank country estate hotel we can all turn up at, get bladdered and then do skids in the grounds with an angry foreign concierge chasing us around shouting, "Alors. Zut alors. Arrete...." etc.

I'm currently window shopping for a Porsche 924 Carrera GT so I'll probably turn up in one of those little fkers.

I just looked at Blyton Park's website to find the address to look for swank country hotels and couldn't help but notice Ken Barlow in a nomex race suit. Great to see him back behind the wheel after the non-paedo-rape stuff.

I'm booked in. I expect it will be some kind of Fawlty Towers does golf. I'll drink through it. Will arrive mid afternoon and be larging it in the bar from then on. I look like this.

Remarkably, I also look like Hagrid.

Or perhaps I should say, Hagrid looks like me.
I've been told quite reliably that I look like a genetically modified melange of

However I reckon I look just like
