Has to be one of these for me,couldnt afford the insurance when I was younger but bought this one about 5 years ago.
Sadly didn't use it enough so sold it.

I have fond memories of Mk2 XR2s. Its true that they weren't as good at anything as a 205GTi, but I found mine more than nimble enough with 100bhp and about 850 kilos.

With regards to the opening post: it appears that I am driving around in a 1980s icon:
