The reg of that BMW is FLY 695J

When I was growing up in the early 70s in Essex, the guy next door has a Rover P6 with the reg FLY 585J ... sadly not taxed since 1989. I loved that car ...

Spotted this lovely little fella at the Whitley Bay Classic car show hidden amongst all the more usual cars. Ogle SX1000, nicely used and just a very pretty little thing

Ahh, that brings back memories. About five or six years ago I spent a couple of days down near Limoges with some of the Ronart boys and girls. That was a boozy time!
They'd recently been to Le Mans and were touring about with Calais in mind as being the eventual destination. Their route plans were based around where to eat more than anything! hehe

I saw that group of Ronarts parked at Solignac, near Limoges! And, indeed, the nearby hotel restaurant (owned by Brits, at least then) was pretty good...

As I was walking to the pub last night, was passed by someone towing a B-Manta on a trailer.

We went down to Greenwich yesterday and saw some great cars.

Cutty Sark behind this very nice Mustang

Then we went up to the observatory and saw these 3

We then saw the Bond motion display (by chance) and saw, for me, one of my favourite movie cars

Some sort of Renault / Alpine owners meeting at the top of the Grand Bernard pass over the weekend. These two were lovely.

This was parked up in our works car park t'other day. Owner's had it about 20 years, and taken it round the clock twice, but actual mileage unknown.
It's the guy's daily driver, and is in wonderful original (read well used!) condition. The guy said it's only ever let him down once.
Bloomin' remarkable..

2001 Toyota Corolla 1.6 automatic in near mint condition.

A classic? Hardly. But it reminds me how quick cars became amazingly better. Still a nice hack and up for grabs. This one has 150K kms on the odo.

'nuff said. Even the Citroen BX fans are going to struggle with this one being in here!

Cool Citroen SM and DS parked together on a side street near Waterloo station in south London. They have been parked there for ages. Obviously a classic Citroen enthusiast - think there used to be an estate parked on the street in the space that has now been taken by the current saloon.
