Yes it has a Cummins 6.7L with supercharger.

Terry is continually thinking of new ideas and modifications for this car so what it will appear with next time out is anyone's guess.

When he took the car out on a parade lap at the Autumn Classic he held back from the cars in front and gave us an example of what it can do in a straight line... Quite surreal to have that much pace with a low tone exhaust note.
This was at Kop Hill last month - the owner 'ran it up' during the day and it was so quiet for a diesel - see other vehicles if you like aero engined cars.
Red vehicle used a Napier Lion 24 ltr 'W' 12 cylinder engine.

The Berliet special in contrast used a relatively 'small' 8 or 9 litre Curtis Wright WW1 era V8 power plant.

Just back from Spain, and on the road a 328 Ferrari, a TR6, two 1980s 911s but most intresting was a Taunus "coke bottle". When I can get the photo out of my phone I'll post it.

ETA I forgot the bigest find which is silly. Went with my friend to the vet's to take his dog for an innoculation. Behind the house were 19 Jaguars in all forms of decay and roadworthyness, all XJS and XJ6 related, from a S1 XJ6 to a later X306 supercharged. Parts cars, Rolling cars, engines, suspensions - you name it, there it was. Just outside Altea on the Valencia road.

. Bassenthwaite. It's a brave man who heads to the Lake District in October with no soft top and only one aero screen

It might be scruffy but it's got an MOT, apparently.

This spot is going back to August...

...a 1976 Mazda B1600 pickup.

I can't even begin to remember when I saw one last, and in this condition too! I love it!

An ad offering it for sale in 2015 claimed it was the only one in the UK... http://www.postadsuk.com/1976-mazda-b1600-1-ton-pi...

As a child I had that car as a Dinky/Corgi toy, even down to the boot mounted spare. You had a flip down jack on each wheel that released it, so you could change wheels.

Can't remember the last time I saw one of these "in the metal".

Very handsome coupe seen this lunchtime near Stoke.

The chap who did some work on my XJ6 has two of these awaiting restoration, one is complete, the other just a bare shell, but even in it's barest form it is a thing to behold, the proportions of the design are perfect, it just looks so right from every angle. His penchant for '70s Jags and Daimlers is holding him up though, the two Beemers keep getting shoved to the back of the workshop and have been there years already!
