Where's Martin Buckley when you need him?! hehe
That's a question I am often asking myself. The answer is usually "off buying something".

Delighted to see the HK500 on these pages, driven by a Facel Vega Car Club member who uses his car lots. Brave to take it out on such a hot day; he's obviously got the cooling sorted.
On his way to Silverstone Classic?

Think it's purple - there's a pic on Frios profile.

Last time I saw one of these was back in 1982, when it fell off a two poster ramp at work, two arms swung away and it dropped on its side between the posts. The customer was waiting in the showroom with a cup of coffee. She was not amused! Had to drag it out with a LandRover before rolling back onto its wheels..... !

Stretching the definition of 'classic' somewhat, perhaps, but I spotted this...

...in the rarefied surroundings of the Cliveden House hotel. It was VERY conspicuous in company with a whole bunch of melancholic modern metal in varying dark shades and boring metallics. Aside from a red Ferrari and a white (monstrosity of a) BMW Mini variant, it was the only colour in the whole car park.

And it's probably owned by someone with more money than those with the Ferraris and so on.

Bereft of roadholding, it's pining for the Interstate.
