Saw that at VSCC Prescott, looked fantastic. Anyone know any more about it? (And yes I know it's an Austin Healey 3000, more interested in who made the unusual bodywork. The halfshafts looked fine as well smile
It was a one off made by the owner of the car, a fantastic thing and very well proportioned.

Here is a 100 based coupe done in the US, again a great looking thing but then I've always favoured the look of coupe/GT variants over equivalent roadsters et al. ie E Type FHC, MGB GT.....

Albeit not quite to the same level of craftmanship but it has potential hehe

That U.S. built 100 based coupe looks like it may have used some GT6 bits.

It's got Toyota Supra running gear.

I was looking at the side windows, roof, tailgate etc. and the just visible join where they have been welded on...
Interesting choice of running gear, not at all traditional.

Thanks, it was really nicely done and had got the proportions and details well sorted, (unlike the others posted.)

The shiny red one is close but the tops of the doors are all wrong to my eye.

Agreed, I'm now wondering what a fastback style removable hardtop would like on one of the Healeys I have here......sort of Cobra esque;

No pictures because driving but since yesterday I've seen a Jensen CV8 (almost certain that was the model) in Cheriton Bishop and a lovely old Riley outside a garage in Tedburn St Mary. Anyone on here?

Driving down the side of Strangford Lough this afternoon, in persisting rain, and what should I see but a well-used black Vauxhall 30/98 (top up) in a lay-by. Wasn't expecting to see that.

Thank you, although I had identified it on page 75. I just forgot to include the picture.
