Just been to the Halfway House near Brentwood for a beer and there were a couple of tidy Dolomites amongst some Rover club meet going on in the carpark, and..

The yellow one looked like a nice little toy..

Presumably a replica of the lead act in the cartoon "Cars". Sad if done by an adult. And where are these Dolomites?

The dollies were spread about a bit and there were a lot of people walking about in rover emblasoned jackets and hats that I didn't want to be associated with, so I wasn't about to start wandering around taking photos hehe

By the looks of it should be in the bad parking thread. Nice cars though.

Bad parking be damned!

Two spaces, three cars? I'd call that 'good parking' wink

I don't know if this is 'professionally distressed' or just well-used.

Looks like they've painted it with emulsion. Not everyone's cup of tea but I like it. My Frogeye is looking a bit like that, but not by design.

Lovely. As rare as ...

Grew up with my dad having the 2-dr version - exactly that green with a white stripe. Reg: 135 YKR - 1963.

Spotted a couple of beautiful classics at a garage last Sunday.

Highlight was this lovely 365 with a full restoration.

Anyone remember trying to work on the distributor of a Minivan or Mini Pickup? Whereas on most Minis it was a straightforward job with the grilled removed, on the commercial Minis the grilles were fixed.

Grazed knuckles.

As a fellow spotter pointed out to me:

I'd not really paid attention to the phone box, but there's not many about these days.
