Are you sure? Better keep clear of those hub spinners... ;-)
Never mind "keeping clear of those hub spinners", if it's the "proper 'Bond' spec Aston DB5" then they'd better report it to the Police as the original car was stolen years ago and hasn't been seen since! Are you sure? Better keep clear of those hub spinners... ;-)

weren't these based on the underpinnings of the opel (vauxhall) omega?
Older than that so probably a Senator without looking it up.The early cars used the same 3-litre 12-valve engine as the Senator, but it wasn't really fast enough for the looks and price of the car. Later ones got a stroked 3.9-litre version, which gave a useful power hike and a massive torque increase. Most were autos, but seek out one of the 3.9 manuals and it is a very fine car indeed.

Without revealing its location, it is highly unlikely it will have been left there like that as it would be removed fairly quickly.I expect it is either entering or exiting one of the garage doors that are to the right of the chap taking the pic (maybe the owner is opening/closing the door).

I've also owned such Matra Murena, same colour and wheels long time ago.
I can not remember how it drove, I guess then its not worthy to mentioning
How long ago ??I can not remember how it drove, I guess then its not worthy to mentioning
Did you sell it to a chap in Suffolk ??
I had that Matra 2.2 back in 1994 and also sold it in that year after a respray and wheels refurbish etc.
the car was from 1982 I see now.
