I never drove a K10 model, but the only new car we've ever bought was a 1994 16v Sunderland Micra.Kept it for 9 years & 103k miles. Sold with original clutch, exhaust, battery. Only item replaced outside routine servicing was an air mass sensor (£95 from a scrapyard). A cheap and cheerful car, utterly reliable.
The most recent iterations have been completely nondescript imho. Too large and too complex.
Spotted an Aston Martin in Lingfield on Sunday, I'm sure it was this one. I also saw a 1977 Ford LTD Country Squire.
