Back in the days of the XK120, OTS meant no hood, The E-type would have been called a DHC.

I'm sure the XK120 came with a detachable lightweight hood and sidescreens, whereas the DHC version had an integral windscreen, wooden dash, lined hood and wind-up windows.

The open E-Type should have been called a DHC, but Jaguar called it an OTS.

Hello, what might that be lurking at a small station on the Wirral?

An S2 Avant as a daily? Marvellous.
It is rare now, probably less than 50 registered for the road in the UK...

Assuming that's a V4,it's quite early seeing as the 2 stroke was still being made till 1968.

Nice Alfa seen today on the M6 - would that be an original colour?

Could perhaps be Giallo Pagoda which was offered on them.

I believe the colour is Giallo Prototipo - Prototype Yellow.

I think the color have been called Giallo Pagoda, Giallo Canario and Giallo Prototipo by Alfa Romeo. It is the same color from what I understand.

I asked if it was for sale, but alas no, just awaiting a new clutch cable!

My dad had one of these years ago, they kind of get overlooked by the integrale but are pretty quick with a 1.6l turbo engine. I remember marvelling at all the dials on the dash. He eventually sold it as the rot started to spread away from the places you could get away with it. Sold it to someone who had every intention of fixing it and tuning it up. Found it parked in the middle of a roundabout a few months later, I guess they didn't do any work on the brakes.

I owned once such Lancia Delta HF Turbo Martini edition, was my first Delta, after that I also owned about 4 or 5 Delta Integrale's
My first Delta HF Turbo Martini edition was white on the outside and had a lovely interior like this one>

outside looked like this one, came without the martini stripe on the outside.

Well done to the driver for using it in this foul weather, but is the bonnet unlocked?
They all do that, as do Heralds.
