Not sure if this is the correct forum for this one? Anyway this is for a most interesting old boy I met in Cornwall recently who would like to know what this car is. Turn of century and this was the first car in Truro apparently and belonged to the Bishop. Thanks in advance.

Superb find, I grew up with this special bodied Jupiter which I believe is still around in poor condition
