That was in 2011 so maybe it's been uprated a bit since.

That was in 2011 so maybe it's been uprated a bit since.
The way it was batting along made me suspect that it had been "played about with"ETA: some words from the owner/driver (?) here

I'd estimate that it didn't go below 65 for the couple of miles I was behind it.
