Sit in the P6 on top of the container. Get out of the drivers door, jump over the gap / fence, walk along the green container and there's a silver Mercedes estate in front of it. To the right of that, there's an R4.
I've never been to Loughborough to my knowledge.
Note to droopsnoot, this location in not in Loughborough,Leics.I've never been to Loughborough to my knowledge.
It's off Coldharbour lane,Brixton,London.

Ah, I ignored the "junction" part of the post. I think the same applies to the proper location, though, unless I'd pass it on the train from Euston up to Crewe. It's off Coldharbour lane,Brixton,London.
Some from the last few days:
I've no idea if that's a real Escort Cosworth, or even if that's a real Sierra Cosworth, I didn't check the plate.
I've also seen a couple of old Bentleys (50s/60s) and a Jeep this afternoon, possibly show on somewhere.

This lovely little car I spotted recently. I took a diversion on the way home to follow it,just to find out what it was. It was motoring, too. Not excessively, given the conditions, and it was extremely well-driven as far as I could tell. It was just noticeable that it was making progress in the damp, drizzly conditions far more effectively than the modern metal it was surrounded by.
I'd been a few cars back most of the time I was behind it, but fate cleared the other cars off in different directions at various junctions and roundabouts, leaving me directly behind it at this right-turn filter. These are the only two pictures I managed, then it slipped off through I gap I couldn't take advantage of and that was the last I saw of it. It sounded 'ripe' too. A truly lovely little car and out and about in weather that might make most classic car owners think twice about opening the garage door.
Oh how sad! Influenced by learning of an English pub in Normandy we found this not far away:-
This was inside the workshop, a Mini instantly seen, but at the back a lot of motor cycle wheels and parts. Impossible to make out what though.
But outside this lot:-
I left a card in the letter box and hope someone will contact me

Those deserve a wider audience, lowdrag. Could you post the cars on Classics Rotting and the pumps on Humer Unbeam? This was inside the workshop, a Mini instantly seen, but at the back a lot of motor cycle wheels and parts. Impossible to make out what though.

Is that a portion of XJ-S next to the sad and dilapidated Sovereign?

I was chatting in the street in the infamous Oradour-sur-Glane, SW France, the other day to a French guy who potters around in a very tidy Vanden Plas 1100 the same colour as the one in the pic above. Remarkably enough, there's another one around here, too.
Incidentally, the guy I was talking to needs to beg/borrow a hydrolastic pump. Information can be forwarded...

The Facel Vega was an interesting car - French, but powered by an American V8.
I remember building a model of a 1959 Facel Vega Excellence. It was a 4-door, 4/5-seater pillarless coupe, and I read somewhere that if they opened too many doors at once, the car flexed so much that they wouldn't shut again.
(I didn't spot either of these, found them on Google Images.)
I worked with Jean Daninos as a trainee modeller in 1990 Lisbon, he was still working aged 80 odd and had a French design consultancy working out there.
