Nice pic of the Ford Granada Ghia 2.8i Mk2 facelift, c. 1984. Sorry, the geek alarm is going off again...

In the car park for the auction at Brooklands last Saturday.

A GTM BTW.
What a lovely car. At first glance I thought it was a Ginetta G15.

Out of interest, what is "that lump" on top?

I think it's just a small (non-standard) roof vent

No. It is just that satellite radio and GPS sharkfins were not so streamlined in the 1930s as they are today.

Imagine my surprise and interest when I spotted a white Renault 12 on the road yesterday.

Imagine my much greater surprise when I saw a black Renault 12 out and about a couple of hours later.

I was driving on both occasions so no pics.

Having said that, this is the view of a house not more than 5 miles from the two I saw out and about so there might be a connection.
