I'm not sure about the Lotus badge, but otherwise I quite like it. It definitely made me happy to see a green 911 with bright yellow wheels and trim. It makes a pleasing change from the quotidian.

Woman driver? That seat looks very far forward.

Spotted a grey D-prefix Renault 4, and an orange/red Y-suffix BMW 6-series today.

OMG that 911 hurts my eyes! I will admit to fitting a BRG car with yellow wheels, but that was an MX-5 snotter track dog. And we had the correct yellow stripe to match.

And where's the red seats and steering wheel rim?

Arrrrgh!

No photo as I had no camera with me, but I was near Siemens in Frimley this morning when I heard one hell of a deep rumble. Being near Farnborough, and it being airshow fortnight I suspected it might be an aeroplane. But then, rumbling past the end of the street I was parked in came a Morris Traveller that had been massively modified. It was a dark red, with additional sweeping wheel arches, and I think a chunk of the engine sticking out of the bonnet. I only had the briefest of glimpses but from what I saw I concluded that it was "pretty awesome".

It might even have been this one...

That Europa lives just around the corner from me. Lovely.

An Alvis TD21 around Camden yesterday. It looked well used.

Got any pics of the Morris Traveller that I fully expect was there too? I certainly saw a much modified traveller with a big chunk of V8 sticking up through the bonnet yesterday morning in the Camberley area.

Saw what looked something like an XKSS replica yesterday just outside Nantwich. Grey in colour, registration was GYY something J, I think.

I love these. There's an interesting piece about them in this month's Classic & Sports Car.

Thought it might be, but didn't have the mag in front of me to check!

This Riley was parked just around the corner from home in Maidstone, Kent last week.

It had a lovely patina of use.
