Nothing too exciting unless you are into fork lift trucks

Ha! Could so easily have been the back corner of a Lamborghini whose model name I have forgotten, in the first photo.

A couple of spots from a mountain bike ride this afternoon...

I'm pretty sure this 'crappy plate' was on a Dolly in much better condition until recently. This one looks a tad rough, but at near 30 years old it could easily be a whole lot worse. Taxed and tested well into next year.

Just over the road from the 2CV was this...

...which appeared to be a well kept, unmolested example of what's fast becoming a rare car.

Coming up for 27 years old, a genuine 2 litre GTE with long tax and an MOT until May.

Apologies for the poor pictures. My little point'n'shoot has been dropped and otherwise abused, and has sensor and focus issues. This is the best I could manage.

When will this become a classic?
If it does, that one will be worth less due to the fitting of a towbar - The RS6 is not type approved for a towbar, and according to this site: http://www.rac.co.uk/drive/car-reviews/audi/rs6/20... :

"One thing worth looking for is the fitment of a tow bar - a definite no-no for an RS6, as the additional loading increases the oil temperature in the transmission and engine to unacceptable levels. Audi have invalidated RS6 warranties if towing hitches are fitted."

How would a small trailer effect it....not much.

I agree however, how would a buyer know what it has towed

Saw this a year or so back.

Looks like a Capri , Had a "Tickford" badge on the back.

Heard of these , but don't know much about them!

Tickford took a 2.8i and added a turbo and a very much of its time body kit.

Wikipedia can fill in the rest.

Tickford did a Metro too.

That's a Metro with Aston Martin wings.

Ah thanks - the first pic with the gates and overbridge in the background look just like Long Marston, I delivered some scrap wagons there a couple of weeks ago.

Lovely old Landies btw!

No photos alas, but since Christmas a mid blue early '80s Capri has been going past our house twice a day. Must bag a shot sometime.
