It's been said before that there isn't a car that Minilites don't look good on, but unfortunately in my opinion they don't suit this Aston Martin

You are very right. Awful.

Is that even a genuine Aston?

God that's a sexy little car - still smile that we had a car called an NSU (an acronym with some other rather unpleasant connotations, if you get my drift ).

Rode in one of these back in the day and it revved to heights previously unseen by us owners of cars with BMC A series power.

I thought exactly the same too, it looks too short. Perhaps the camera distorted it. I had a similar DB6 drop head in white many years ago. I didn't like it, slow and heavy. It sounded good though.

One would have to be bonkers to drive an Isetta, let alone one with too much power.

Is that on the Lotus Sunbeam? If so, it appears to be the pale blue colour, my personal favourite.
Fantastic.

There are just so many tiny things that just don't sit right with me about it. Like someone wearing a suit that doesn't quite fit.
