Had no compression on 4.

Spot the problem

,

Obviously a few other issue, like a gasket that predates the ark, and a lot of carbon build up.

I think it maybe time for a strip down and rebuild

I'm surprised you've got compression on the other three considering the head is off wink

Is there a bent valve/valve stuck open?

Looks like impact marks on the Piston where the valve has caught it, bent valve stem now I expect, but why it happened not sure?.

Something's been in there.

At 1st I thought, have I over revved it. Then saw not just the impact marks on the piston, but a big gouge on the cylinder head next to the exhaust valve.

Yes, suspect a bent valve. Not cleaned it up yet.
