But doesn't the 75 Evo use a completely different engine to the Integrale? Notwithstanding Guy et al's wondrous achievement with the 'grale lump's manifold, it's not really directly transferable to a different engine.

Welding cast iron for any application is tricky. Welding up a cast turbo manifold borders on foolhardy, and the inside of a cast manifold as reckless!

It would be interesting to compare the manifold with the n/a one.

If the turbo is not of a dual entry type I'd warrant that the divider can be buzzed out without any loss of performance. Just make sure you get all the swarf out!

For pretty much all the practicalities of making one out of weld els see Mark Warner's "Street Turbocharging"(HPE bools). At least one place does kits, although if I were going to the bother of stainless I'd want better than 304 -- still, I'm an old fusspot!
