XK 120 roof / tonneau fasteners

Hello.
Has anyone got a picture from their car showing how the tonneau attaches at the back of the 120 OTS? My car had all of the holes filled - I have rediscovered them but I am getting conflicting reports as to whether the rear of the roof or tonneau is held down with lift the dot style fasteners or press-studs. Car is 1954 XK120SE OTS and I cant find detailed photos of this area on the internet. The front of the car has lift the dot pegs in the dash and attached to the side of the windscreen.
