I was astonished when asking a dealer in France, European cars Legend for details of rebuild and VIN number on a 246 GTS that he refused to supply until I went to his show room in Paris! This for a car over £300,00! Has anyone else experienced this type of behaviour.? Has the price of cars gone so mad that dealers dispense with even the basics? I asked the garage owner if he would buy a car that he would go visit it before he was given such essential information!
