Searching for some classic Le Mans art work.
Discussion
Hi.
I went to the classic car show at the NEC the other week and there was a fantastic stall near the main entrance which was selling art work.
One that caught my eye, and I really wish I'd bought it now, was a print of an oil painting of what was *I think* an Aston Martin DB3s racing something through a bend. The Aston had a gaping mouth and two verticle bars in the grill space if that makes sense (I'm not up on Astons).
Anyway, it looks like it's a painting of a picture taken in the 1950s in pretty wet conditions.
Can anyone shed any light on this please?
It's very atmospheric and I'd love to track it down.
Cheers.
