I agree, there is very little change in the styling apart from the flip up headlights.

I've been to look at a few, and they're as good as I expected, but I've had a bit of a change of heart and am looking for an early Saab 900 T instead.

Today you can by a 25 year old MX-5 and it looks what, 10 years old stylie wise?
Mine is 25 years old. It looks like it has spent a century on the seabed. Bloody rust... frown
Again, just like a 4 year-old MG Midget vs. a Mk2 VW Golf in 1989! wink
