If it is the same one, there is a guy in Cleckheaton had a few A30/A35s including an identical pickup to this one.
Owned them for years.

Is that actually a pick-up though? It looks like a chopped down saloon. I remember the pick-up as being more like a chopped down van.

But I know nothing about these cars, just hazy childhood memories.

Austin a35 pick-up, according to registration plate.

It may well be registered as a pick up, but I'm sure it started as a car because the back is car shaped and the rear window in the cab is different to a "real" pickup.

I think these were conceived to evade purchase tax and I seem to remember a version with a dickie seat in the back.
