Tempted to run a new thread:
Scimitar GTC versus BMW E46 M3
Yes two very different cars from different eras but similar cars in many ways and actually available for a similar price
Both exclusive although most folk would recognise the BMW
Both full 4 seaters
Both RWD
Both look like they are slowly increasing in value
The BMW has more than twice the power of the Scimitar but the Scimitar is more home maintenance friendly and probably a lot cheaper to maintain.
The BMW would probably return better mpg
Both can be bought for £7k upwards (in good condition, a sad GTC for less but you don't see many sad M3)
And there's a reason behind my thoughts as both cars appeal to me but for different reasons
