Thanks. I realize that I almost come across as a evangelist now, but I still believe it is connected to that car somehow.
So I would guess it was either a job by a coachbuilder/individual who made another body on a different chassis, made by someone who had worked at Arnott previously or a re-skin of a old Arnott car.
Perhaps it would be possible to find the contact information for the guy who restored the car shown in the youtube video?
I think you right Galro and there is a connection, the roof, doors and screen are to similar, the guy on the video with the Arnott 57 Le Mans Coupe is on LinkedIn, he is a CEO and maybe contactable via that channel. I think I can officially say we have drawn a blank at C&SC.
However, if someone in some far-flung corner of the world picks up the mag in a dentist's surgery in 14 years time and writes in saying 'Gosh, that's a picture of the Ellison Turbo Bidet', if I am still around I will be sure to let you know.

I've been spending a few hours looking through Motorsport '50s and '60s on my PC with the image enlarged on a second screen. I've found nothing close or even similar so far: the combination of the forward tilt of the headlight surrounds, the front overriders, length of front overhang, windscreen shape etc. all seem to be unique to this car.
However, there's something that I don't think has been mentioned before; looking at the enlarged image, there appears to be a banner stuck diagonally across the inside of the windscreen from centre top to bottom right. It's immediately above the bespectacled woman's head - perhaps others could confirm I'm not imagining it? If so, is this a brand new model, on its launch perhaps? Just a thought.
