The JPS truck lives not far from me and I can tell you that it is definitely the real thing from 1973. It has stickers on it from 2012 and, I think, 2015, so it's far from being left to die.

Please tell me you photoshopped that?!

Apart from the inevitable value that's a crime!

Its gorgeous, and I tell you something else, the texture of that roof really feels nice too.. Not many cars you can say that about!

Back of the Lamborghini factory in the late '70s, with various prototypes left to the elements...

Is that a scan from a magazine article showing lots of abandoned lambos?
I remember having that pic in a magazine years ago, showed lots of abandoned test cars and prototypes. Mainly uraccos and espadas with one lone muira bonnet.

So, this was abandoned lying for 25 years in a garage. The question now is whether or not it is salvageable?

I remember it from Car in the mid/ late 1980s.

Anything is salvageable. It depends on how much time you have and how deep your pockets are!

Yes the article was called something like ''Death In The Afternoon...''. The orange Urraco prototype on the right is now in the Lambo museum (the other Urraco hack was used by Bob Wallace to create the 'Urraco Bob'), cowering beneath it is the first running Urraco prototype with its central instrument pod, also in that photo is the rear end of the Espada prototype, just to the left of the Giallo Urraco.

Probably not, but I know a few TVR Vixen owners who will relieve it of the back lights!

Any reasons as to why, or is it simply that somethings gone bang that simply has no replacement parts anymore, I know that pretty much everything bar the engine is in extremely short supply, if at all?
