Spartan kit car - the shape of the distinctive rear lights gives it away.

[edit - beaten to it! But it didn't have to have Ford mechanicals - it could have Triumph]

Back end looks Morgan-like but not quite right. Registered in 1973 as "British Other" on DVLA so perhaps a Panther or similar?

I think the fact that it has the upside down Anglia 105E rear lights means it should have Ford underpinnings.

That design of Spartan is based on Ford underpinnings, not Triumph

Indeed, and there were so many of these things in the 60s & 70s, aping the looks of a Morgan or MG TF. Always with fibreglass wings, slab sided panel body and MG Midget doors. Never seen the attraction myself but I guess some people like them.

Not a classic, but there is a remarkably well kept Ford Onion 1.6i Ghia parked near me - I've even seen it out on the road a few times, all waxed and Armor-All'd.

It was racing something along those lines that Fangio cut his teeth on before the war.

That's actually after the owner left it parked up on Crosby beach overnight. It was an absolute minter beforehand.
The background, wot with them blue skies and that, has obviously been heavily photoshopped.

Juat in a field in the middle of nowhere. I don't exactly know the area.

They appeared to be building some kind of Polo centre very nearby.
