Well the prize was a bucket of sand but you dont win as it is Namibialaugh....you should have stuck with your first guessblah
I was going to give some clues but here they are anyway.
Not to much car content in the village but the ladies are sitting on wheelsbiglaugh

Thanks for all the replies so far, deffo not a 404 as it drops away at the rear, the 404 doesn't.

They're a great bunch of picture Lotus types. The motorcycle remains almost look like junk art.

Not a classic but came across this in the desert, no one around...no bodies and car was still burningconfused
No idea the what's and the why's but suspect the occupants were taken to the mother ship by aliensyikes

Spotted this in a local yard.

I know it is a Daimler, but do any of you know what model and year of manufacture it could be? confused

It looks like a Daimler New Fifteen from the late 1930s (the post-war version doesn't have running boards).

Thanks, just had a look at the New 15 and the one i've photo'd has extra windows behind the C pillar and a split rear window.

I'm looking for a photo of one now!

Crittall windows in the building. The Empire was here...O/T but did anyone see the Penelope Keith jaunt around Essex, where she visited the Crittall village (Silver End?) which had workers cottages etc and the owners gaff at the other end? I know most of the factory has gone - more houses - and the main works is in Braintree, but they have quite a legacy - Worldwide by the looks of it.
