Does have a valid residents parking permit but not moved in a long time.
If you can get a residents parking permit from someone and don't need an MOT, then for some that'd be cheap accommodation in certain swanky London suburbs

Hi Sandy. Lurking here mostly. The Allard shares an earth floored barn with a BJ8 and a Midget, maybe 10 miles from me. Owners have what I think are unrealistic ideas about values etc. Will PM you
Neil

Screenshotted this off google earth as couldn't stop to take a photo.
This is just down the road from where I live and it hasn't moved in the 18 months Ive been here. I spoke to one of the other neighbours about it before and apparently the owner wont sell it as they will get round to it
