Early pre 1985 Series 2 with the touch controls. The S3 had physical switches.Out of interest I found this pic - look so weird with analogue clocks. No ides of the background. Digital odometer means it's very recent or a photoshop

Lagonda? Looking at snazzy dash…
I would say so, bonnet profile also looks correct. This particular car is admittedly a bit down at heel but I do remember seeing a Lagonda in the 80's, driven by the guy who owned Tandy and It was an incredibly awesome thing, so this one might be worth a bit of spit and polish.

I'd hazard a guess that the anomalous instrument panel is a custom job - i.e. a piece of wood with attached proprietary gauges - fitted after failure of the proper digital dashboard. Those dials look like the generic ones that are fairly commonly available. Perhaps doing that was cheaper. Out of interest I found this pic - look so weird with analogue clocks. It does look nicer than this, which I think is the early digital dash, and probably not a flattering photo.Same indicator and wiper stalks as late Viva HC.

That's very sad. Not everyone's cup of tea but it saw AML through a very lean time. LHD XR3 - a survivor.
Is it even injected?
Intravenous, just to keep it alive. Is it even injected?
It's 50/50 I think, some Y plates were and some weren't, but it should be a 5 speed anyway.
