BMW 3.0 SI owners club?
Discussion
I think that the Owners Club would consist of very few people. I worked for BMW GB in the mid 70s and drove them regularly but by the early 80s they were almost gone. Problem is so much of them could be used on coupe restoration.I wish you luck. One of my most memorable drives in one was from Park Lane to Monaco on a Friday night in 1976 in just under 10 hours for the Grand Prix and back in the office late morning Monday.

There is actually not all that much that can used for restoration of the coupés on them. The drivetrain is the same and some accessories fit both (i.e. rims, steering wheels etc.) but not much else. Swede123 said:

My Step dad worked for Langley Motors in Thames Ditton in the early 70s and came home most nights in a different model . Some great memories of the drive from Cranleigh with him to work. Cracking carsGassing Station | Classic Cars and Yesterday's Heroes | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
