Excellent thread
The E12 at Blyton Park, managed to get the front wheel in the air in another shot but can't lay my hands on it...
At you know where after trying to max it on the Mulsanne Straight. Didn't quite manage it because of traffic but did get a respectable 151mph on the satnav but traffic prohibited more. Suspect 155 would have been doable. It took a while to cool down after that. So did I.
The DS covered around 11,000km of competitive use in 2 years. France, Germany, Austria, Holland, Belgium all over the UK etc in various rallies. Won class in the Scottish Malts in 2012 against a lot of 911s and Elans.
This was another highlight. The fine came with a hand written note from plod saying, "nice car!"
The 944 gets some serious action these days, am considering changing it from rally to race spec at the moment. Not entirely sure though.
End of LeJog
Some gnarly ford
Harewood Hillclimb
Curborough

Was waiting for you to come along Ben. Lovely shots, but I hope there weren't many original Minis trying to ford that river! I have many memories of the ruddy distributor problems with rain and water, even after the protective flap was placed in front. Ended up using a plastic bag and elastic band!
