The GDs are under the Grand Dauta Protection Act!

A group of us had a wonderful outing to Le Mans Classic in 2006 in the days when you could put up your tent with plenty of room and everything was fairly civilised.

Wonderful selection of stories and nostalgic photographs. I wonder if people were more adventurous in those days? Mind you, they'd need time and money, both of which are handy for any vehicle enterprise. It's interesting to see how many XKs survive of the total - currently somewhere around a third and no car seems to be beyond redemption these days.
