Definately not a Spartan - I worked there and built more than I care to think. Almost 100% it's a Gentry as they copied the Spartan concept. The wings are fibre-glass versions of MG TF front wings. The only 'chopping of the chassis was shortening the front outrigger, the middle and rear out-riggers remained intact

Yep, looks very much like the one on the Gentry site - http://www.gentrycars.co.uk/OurKit.htmFrom nearest the camera, Inverted Elan chassis under tarp, Elan DHC + FHC under one tarp, Elan S2, A40, Rochdale Olympic, R5, McGovern/Bevan Imp and M100 Elan - not sure what the yellow boot belongs to though.
