It's nothing to do with the scrappage scheme, one you take a car to a scrappy they now have to issue you with a Certificate of Destruction otherwise you are still liable for the car. Once this is issued it's too late to save the car.

I didn't like seeing this today. Really hope the Celica is to be repaired but it's not looking cared for at all.

I think the sprinter van is also abandoned as it hasn't moved for a long time either!

Two Alfa Romeo 105 Giulia Bertone coupes. Both probably too far gone for restoration but might yield some spares. Cars in SW England.

my first car, a Morris Minor TVO124G, had a heavy duty sliding bolt fitted internally to the drivers door as the catch had gone.
