Radiation levels in/around Fukashima are about the same as any large city centre, and less than you'd see on a long haul flight.I doubt many places around there will stay abandoned for long. There are places all over Japan with abandoned cars like that, its not isolated to that area.

Sitting in a compound in Ardwick Green, Manchester.
Probably a lot rougher closeup, you can see the rotten nearside wing from here not to mention whats hidden under the tarp. There is another lockup compound nearby on Fairfield St which includes a MK10/420G and a rotten Silver Spur, difficult getting pictures in case you get asked for business by ladies o0f a certain profession!
