My DB2/4 moved under its own power for the first time since 1968, hopefully just finishing the interior timber work and the trimming to be done now.

3.55 am Saturday morning before a beautiful trip across London from NE to SW and on down to Goodwood for 7am. Return trip was bloody awful no thanks to the great british weather.

Yesterday morning - had to resist the urge to stay in the garage and tinker and just go out in her! Found a nice little place to stop and take some half decent snaps.

I remember back around the early 90's taking a 560 up to 155mph, and very smooth it was too. Not quite as sharp as the Carrera 2 my employer had in the company stable at the time but somewhat more comfortable.

You don't see many 1303s left these days, I had one in the early 90s.

As much as I love the early 60s cars, the 1303 is so much more usable. Better storage, and drives much better too.

He's been away for a week having some bits done for the MOT, but should be coming home today.

I had a US spec 1302S complete with high back seats, back I the early 1980's, it was a big improvement on the earlier torsion bar cars.

Proud of my old girl who was, once again, honoured to be awarded Most Elegant in Class at the RREC annual rally at the weekend. Got this shot of her in front of Burghley House which was our backdrop for the rally.
