Opinions on the latest purchase? Can't claim for any of the work, picked up in Huddersfield and came from a bloke down London way apparently.

I've got a comprehensive history but there must be blokes here who know her wink

Looks great.

another one of the small collection, had it fifteen years now and it has been totally safe and reliable, just run in at 195k and drives superb but needs a new home now. 1985 V126 500 sel

A lovely old W126 - I have thought so each time I have seen it posted.

Don't sell it - you will regret it!

It looks oddly fake to me, like a car dressed as. Mercedes.

Damn, this is a car I dream about... Only difference is mine is BRG, and the wheel centers are dark chrome/black...

Seeing a car under a cover is always a sorry sight for me. I know why its done and I understand why but it just reminds me how stty our winters are.Nice cover by the way

I've personally always kept my higher value classics under a breathable cover.

Having got my car up to better than new condition I will admit that I don't take it out on salty, filthy or flooded roads. Tomorrow's forecast is looking good though driving

Have to admit refusing to take my VW out in the wet even though I've had the underneath coated and sealed. Kept under soft cover inside too!
