My 1990 M3. I brought it over from Ireland almost a year ago to the day and have been steadily improving it, as funds allow. It gets used most days though and runs KW3 suspension, uprated ARB's, Tarox 6 pot callipers, carbon airbox & Alpha N etc. Inside there's a Safety Devices cage & Ridgard seats / harnesses, with a flocked dash & quick release wheel. The wheels are replicas of the BBS E50 in 17 x 8 & 9J.

Room for two wheels?
The old man has always wanted a Brough Superior. So, in his mid seventies we've finally talked him into taking the plunge! It's a 1938 (so one of the last) Matchless engined SS80. They made 100 Matchless engined SS80s in 1938, of a total of 460 made between 1935 and 1940.
Such a lovely thing. I've always been slightly sceptical about their price, but having seen the thing it just looks luxurious! For those that aren't so into bikes, Brough claimed their bikes to be the "Rolls Royce of Motorcycles" in the 1920s. Rolls Royce got the hump, until they visited the works and looked at the bikes and when they left, they gave their blessing to use that phrase.

There's one on Ebay at the moment. (Although it is more an ad for an upcoming auction.)
Yeah they've gone a little wild in price now!
The one in the eBay ad was at Kop Hillclimb last year, it's a lovely looking thing. Did anyone else struggle reading the advert to work out which bits are original on the bike?!

Someone's nicked his mag!
Yeah it's away being rebuilt. It fired up second kick but then the magneto completely died! Hopefully it'll be back in a couple of weeks then it'll be good to go

However just a warning to others, this thread is dangerous!

My old girl had only 10,000 miles when I got my hands on her and whilst totally original and looking one new she needed a lot of recomissioning to get her running sweetly! A car can defo have too little use.
Just got back from travelling nearly 1000 miles in 2 days and I'm still grinning - get out and enjoy these cars while we still can!
Love the quality of the Veglia instruments - better than my pics

Did someone steal your wheel badges on your travels? My old girl had only 10,000 miles when I got my hands on her and whilst totally original and looking one new she needed a lot of recomissioning to get her running sweetly! A car can defo have too little use.

(The 348 wheels do suit the car very well [Nice to see them fitted on the correct sides as well! It's amazing how many get fitted on the wrong side and end up backwards on the car!)

My mates seem to think it's an unfinished project. It goes to the trimmer in the next week for a full interior then I'll see what I can do to add more carbs to the straight 8.
What is it, by the way. I thought it was a Plymouth, but I didn't see one the same on Google Images, so must be wrong.
Came with all the dealer paperwork and complimentry demister wipers. Unused.
Incredible car! Is it right hand drive?
My grandfather bought a Buick Roadmaster Straight Eight new in 1948. It was a factory right hand drive car, which must be fairly rare, I should think.
He kept it a long time - it was the favourite car he had. He sold it at some time in the 1970s.
He had originally intended to get a Cadillac (I believe the Roadmaster replaced a Cadillac), but had been unable to get hold of one with right hand drive. When he picked the Roadmaster up at the port, a police officer followed him for a mile or two, then pulled him over. My grandfather was initially worried, but the policeman just wanted to sit in the car! They talked about the Buick for quite some time, apparently!
I wonder how many right hand drive Roadmasters Buick built?
As Mondial's are getting a little bit of love
