Wonder if we ask nicely maybe the mods will give us our own sub forum..? scratchchinhehe

Are you boys going to run in the Academy or in the Speedwell class?
Looks lovely... I've got a long way to go before it looks like that. The original intention was for Academy. How about you?
That does look very good...
I'm aiming to run in the Academy..I figure Academy spec will always be welcome in both the Academy and the Touring Greats class (where they run at the moment), whereas Speedwell won't be eligible for both

To be honest though, as i haven't even started yet, it might all be pretty academic anyway...

Cheers boys, taken an awful lot of money to get to that point and I'm not out of the woods yet! Started prepping it 8 years ago now so going for Speedwell as the engine, box etc have already been built for it - wish the Academy had been announced a bit sooner!

Fairly classic.. 1986 TVR 420 SEAC

Fairly classic? Extremely classic, I'd say. Can't remember the last time I saw a SEAC. They've started to age very, very nicely...and yours look superb. Thanks for posting!
Thanks, much appreciated...I went out in her today for an hour so, in this weather..rude not to! smile

Fabulous and I am a sucker for Blue..Wheels really make it look the biz. Never a fan of wedges but always loved the SE and SEAC's they seem to get better looking as the years pass..

Mines Blue as well.. smile

Cheers.. Love my Wedges, had 5 of them! I also had a 450 Chimaera for a while but...came back to the Wedge. I can't help myself, it's a sickness! laugh

Yours is rather stunning too sir!

I'll add this link to a Car Throttle vid I did last year.. (Just ignore the tail pipe mess....that's been rectified now) wink

Nice video, thanks. I remember the local TVR CC RO had one this colour c 1991/2 iirc. It was amazing.

That is a good video. I have a fondness for them. A neighbour of my parents had one in the mid 1980s - 1986/87-ish, so it would have been about the same age as this car.
