Lately I've been wondering what happened to my Haymarket Publishing Fiat 128, wondering if it still exists, if it was ever worth restoring if I could find it. And it was in that exact colour, still my favourite colour (I'm currently investigating having the interior of quite a big car re-upholstered in that colour).
So my questions have been answered; it still looks great, probably a little gutless but good fun. Well done for persevering, and thanks for answering my questions!

It's a 1928 Royal Enfield 976cc v-twin smile

Needs a bit of a mechanical refresh really, she's feeling a little tired. That's no boggy though, such a simple old thing!

I have just bought this back for a second shot at ownership.

My dad had exactly the same colour 220! He must have owned it from late 70s to 1982. Only difference was a tan vinyl interior and an auto. Quite a rare car even back then I think? It was an L reg ....MRO928L I think it was

I own 15% of this '76 Kadett C with the storming 1.2l engine.

It's been in the family from new, given to my old man as his first car. Totally original, complete with old parking tickets and other bits of random paraphernalia spanning the last 4 decades. Currently wearing horrible blue seat covers to protect the luurvely brown tan interior from mold between visits. The only rust is visible in the wings, other than that it's as solid as a rock. Not bad.

I intend for it to become a full-blown family heirloom, never to be sold.

EDIT: It's pictured on winter tyres. Original steelies are in the shed awaiting new shoes.

I would get that seen to a.s.a.p. cars of that era had a habit of turning to rust very quickly and once it's visible there will be more hiding elsewhere. Just saying... smile

Thanks. Had a quick look around it over the summer and it's spotless. Apparently the bottom tip of the wings (you can see the rust in the photo) are weak spots. Luckily it's spent its entire life in deepest, darkest Finland so it's been protected accordingly. Will investigate further next summer though, just to make sure.

This is my very rare spanish built Authi Mini Van 1000. One of 1200 built, before the factory went up in flames and closed.

It was used by Olympic Airways inside the old Hellinikon Airport in Athens for over 30 years.

I used to see these cars in the Airport as a Yyoungster and always wanted one. Most of them were scrapped when the Airport closed. This is one of the very few survivors.
I bought it in a very sorry state and finished the resto last year. I though it would be easy but most electrical commponets for example were made by FEMSA and not Lucas. I had to search high and low in Spanish add sites to find the correct parts.

Went back to the old abandoned Olympic airport terminal for some pics. It might soon get demolished.
