Here's mine, a 1991 Porsche 964 C4 Coupe;

Not using it as much as I would like, damn work travel has ruined it this past year.

Part way through me completing the restoration of my S3 2+2 I placed the Midget engine in the engine bay of the E, took some photos and sent them off to a Jaguar Club for publication...
Brilliant! It fitted rather well.
That's Jags for you..

At a local JEC show here there was a beautiful '70 XJ6 resurrected from a rusted out shell that was immaculate, painted BRG, and lowered with flared arches, big wheels kinda like the GT40 wheels with spinners, rebuilt motor with lovely S/S flowing headers, detailed engine bay and co-ordinating paint on the engine parts etc,
Kinda like John Steed's Jag, but tougher looking and sounding better. It looked awesome, but all it got from the JEC guys was abuse as it "wasn't built like that in Coventry".
Might have a pic somewhere if I can find it.

Do you mind me asking why you have two RS2s? Just curious, it's the sort of outwardly illogical position I've occupied in the past (ie Wife: "Why?" Me: "Well, one is a WR and one is an MB – can't you tell see the obvious differences?")

Typical JEC! He'd have got a better reaction at a JDC event.

Splitters!

That sounds like the one I've seen around the Fylde coast area, truely lovely car that's a credit to it's owner.

One I bought on a whim for quite a bit, the other was an offer I couldn't resist, I just wish I was offered the cheaper one first....

Well, after having to move on the '63 Cooper S, I still had a Mini itch that needed scratching, so I added a 1990 RSP to the fleet yesterday.

Well... Having bought that one a little over a month ago, I picked up another this morning.

A 1998 Mini Cooper Sports LE (one of 100) with 44k on the clock.

Probably technically too new for this thread, but they rust like a 50 year old Mini still biggrinbiggrin

Bought it unseen at BCA Blackbushe, had a mate there bidding on my behalf. Needs a good valet.

Good purchase Dr. My other half's brother has a Cooper Sportpack of the same age, he's had two front panels and a pair of wings replaced already due to Rover's 'quality' issues!

I said goodbye to one of my classics yesterday, the S2 XJ6 is off to Norway for a spot of Nordic style 'Top Gear' action so now the green Jap spec Mini 1275 can go into the garage with the Mk2 S...

Cheers... This one has already had a new pair of wings, a scuttle and a door skin, back in 2009. There is again a small bit of crusting where the wings meet the front panel, but nothing too serious.

Shame to have to say good bye to them, but needs must. I'll be moving on the RSP now... Simply can't have two 90's Minis, and the RSP needs more attention than this one.

Not mine, but my wifes parents....

It was my MILs first car and has been in her ownership for about 40years and was originally her fathers before that, but only for a year or so.

Here's my wife at about the age of 6/7, and another this year at our wedding 20 years later...

It has been off the road for about 18 years, but its slowly being brought back to life and made it to our wedding venue under its own steam!

Cheers, my wife is one of three girls, and she's already made it quite clear that it's never to be sold (and I agree with her). The others are both married with families and couldn't care less about cars, so will eventually end up in our hands (although not for a long time hopefully).

Amazing weather today in Athens. Visibility not great but clear skies and lovely sunshine.
Photo taken in Mount Parnitha, on the outskirts of the city.

The nice thing about having the two Minis in the garage is I've got a lot more space behind them, at last I can crack on with getting it fitted out properly, I've got a sparky lined up to wire it up to the house then I'll be looking at getting some decent tiles down on the floor. The wee Longbridge lovelies are like peas in a pod now...
