I had one of those in Signal Yellow in 1880. I fitted genuine RS flexi splitter and spoiler, available at great cost from your RS dealer.
The louvred rear screen thing - never saw one of those fitted back then. That trend had been and gone tbh.
Didn't know they were that old laugh
I must get one of those prescription screens for the iPhone.

Lovely. I bet there are tiny numbers of those left from the gazillions made.
Apperantly there are only around a dozen 2.0s Cortina's left on the road and this must be the lowest mileage example in existence with 17k miles

Beautiful. I really really fancy one of these but when I drove one I could barely get my legs under the steering wheel.
I've only tried one, so don't know if that's typical or not.

Regardless, they are beautiful, and I have no issue with those seats at all.

Well the Italians made it, so it has an Italian driving position...

On a serious note. I fortunately don't have a problem with it, but you're not the only one. I believe it can be remedied, by either a spacer for the steering wheel or modify the seat rails to be able to move the seat further back. If you're serious, have a look on AlfaBB, I'm sure I've seen it pass by there.

I have another RS2 exactly the same colour as the one in the thread but hopefully its going to a new owner tomorrow. Ive had this RS2 for 14 months and the Carlton since last November so not too long for either really. Both lovely cars to drive and completely different too as you can imagine, one is very laggy on the boost but sticks to the road like the proverbial and the other drives like a 3 seater sofa on steroids and is very tail waggy..

Of the two, it's the Carlton I'd be fighting you for the keys to.

I found the same thing with steering wheel (6' 4"), but just had to buy it! I've fitted a steering wheel spacer to a period correct Momo wheel to mine and it's spot on
