Always liked the music but heard him on Radio One this week. I didn't really see the appeal until then...

Yes indeed.....I'm a fan of both the Chilis and the Foos but Dave Grohl stole the show for me tonight.....you can REALLY see how much he loves performing...and boy what a performance it was. smile

Madge to finish for the UK performances then......the US performances go on until 4 in the morning.....Bon Jovi and Fall Out Boy to name but a few.....wouldn't mind staying up for that but me and the missus are on our second bottle of Pino Grigio wink and i'm not sure how much longer I'll be conscious for winkbiggrin

The one with red hair in the Pussycat Dolls is/was definately a fella though hehe

It's the Wail, so incredulity level is at maximum, but if those stats are even half right, then this event is an environmental disaster on a grand scale - if you're so inclined to accept AGW as a hypothesis.

Not that I give a monkey's, mind, because I don't actually believe it'll make any difference either to attitudes or the climate, but the hypocrisy is beyond staggering and into the realms of pretty ing impressive.

It's not my 4x4 or your 4x4 that's causing this, it's been going on for hundreds of years...

What a shit song from Madge, what a load of utter utter bollox, how dare she lecture me when she purportedly pollutes 100 times what an average UK citizen does (according to London tonight).

For me the highlight of the whole hypocritical, sycophantic day was Terence Stamp solemnly saying "The biggest threat to the planet today is Global Warming" I think the world will be absolutely fine if we are around or not actually Terence, perhaps you meant the biggest threat to mankind?

God bless Al Gore

And she's an absolute hypocrite, there to promote a new song where she jumps on a green band wagon. To quote the Daily Wail, 'Madonna's carbon footprint is only drawfed by that of her ego'! biggrin
