The whole thing s me off immensely. This climate change / carbon emissions bullshit strikes me as the new religion of the 21st century. Back in the day Christianity - especially Catholicism - was about power and control over the masses. Today the environment is the tool they'll use to try and cosh us all into order.

I'll fetch me tinfoil hat...

If she was serious about the message she wouldn't use language that prevents people watching with their kids and being able to take the message in. Why does she nee to refer to the auidience as "er5"? It has no context or place.

Bottom line, this is all about her.

Wonder how many performers travelled by public transport to the event, or indeed when any of them last used public transport, a low CO2 car, or carbon offset their CDs or tours competely, or didn't ask the chef to travel from Wiltshire to London to cook spagetti for their kids of any evening?

Self promoting hypocrites the lot of them.

What did Baddiel say? (I have only seen 30 secs of it on the news and have no intention of seeing any more)
It's not my 4x4 or your 4x4 that's causing this, it's been going on for hundreds of years...
Plus he said that the sea is warming up - how can that be due to man as to heat a body of water that large would take hundreds of years
And substantially more energy than the whole of mankind could possibly generate.

So we're looking for some big and hot.... hehe

It's all Prescott's hot air damn pie muncher!
