Hmmmm...
this got me wondering in a "philisophical" sense to ponder a burning question....
If I bought a teddy for a tenner, named it Mohammed then sold it for £20.
Have I made a prophet?
(sorry if someone has already had the same ponder)

No and he took the job and wages of an Englishman who would have saved him!
Wrong, medical professionals come here because there is a shortage, not to displace existing health professionals.I can't deny I'd do the same, but I'm in the business of making money rather than caring for people. Surely in healthcare your patients should be the first priority and making money should be a resounding second.
Personally I joined medicine with honourable intentions but being in the NHS for 5 years was a pretty torrid experience. I recently left and now work in the Pharma industry. My basic salary has increased by 25% and with all the extras my total income has gone up by 75%. The working environment is infinitely better and the company I work for actively nurtures and looks after its employees; as a result the productivity here is significantly higher than in the NHS. Here is all about the carrot, the NHS is all about the stick. The NHS is in the shit, I wonder why??
Sorry for the thread hi-jack by the way!
