Well paid driving jobs?

Set up a courier company that delivers on evenings and weekends and you'll clean-up. Noone seems to have spotted the need for this despite the fact that many companies that are shipping goods to homes rather than businesses choose [annoyingly, IMO] to use couriers who only deliver during office hours.

What about jobs including driving (you might get bored driving 100% of the time!) - so perhaps an ESP/ABS developer, or some sort of test engineer or something (I have an electronics/IT background so this could apply for me if not the OP).
