Nose bleeds

I haven't had one this year but I have them in previous years. Only in the hot weather though. I started to get them when I was about 18.

Probably hayfever or dust.

Dehydration is a good call, too.

Try putting vaseline up the effected nostril for a few days, and drink plenty of water.

I have been working flat out on the bar for the last few days (music festival so I have been experimenting with all sorts of things) serving for hours on end with no break kinda stuff, only a big bag of chan to keep me going.

I thought it might have been the heat the last few days anyone have any ideas what might be causing them?

I used to snort a lot of drugs when i was younger but havnt really done anything for a good year and a few months and wasnt taking any at the time of the bleeds

And not having any pervious problems with nosebleeds since quitting i doubt this would really be a major factor

I had my nose cauterized too. Great op for a nine year old, copious amounts of snot for a fortnight afterwards.
