surely it depends what it is and why - I have a chinese design on my leg which represents the martial arts which were a major part of my life at the time. I designed it myself and it had great meaning, and now serves as a reminder of that time in my life. I don't see that as particularly tacky

Don't worry too much. If you have a view that is different to someone elses and it happens to be your view is a minority view you are deemed a troll, usually by spackwits that can't actually argue back so they resort to the troll card.
